Do u think that i could ever afford to live in harlem ?

ok i am 21 years old and i still live at home with my mother and i share a room with my 15 year old brother. and soon i am gonna start filling out applications for apartments. and i live in brooklyn in bedford Stuyvesant and i have been living in brooklyn all my life. and i went to live in harlem but the thing is i heard that the rent in harlem is very expensive. and i have a part time job at home depot. which i get paid 8.55 per hour. so if i was to look for apartments in harlem do u think that i would be able to could afford it or not ?
