How can I make a graphic representation of the ethnic makeup of individual households in Harlem NYC?

I'm trying to find a way to represent the ethnic (and demographic, perhaps) makeup of East Harlem, where I live. I've been looking at a lot of census data, but it doesn't give anything as specific as a neighborhood in Manhattan. Where can I find something more specific like that, with markers of different ethnic groups in Harlem?
