Unless your bird got some water in his nose while taking a bath it is NOT ok. If due to a bath the leaky nose should stop as soon as he has shook the water out. If it is not due to a bath your bird needs a vet as that leaky nose could be allergy, a cold ,pneumonia ,or infection. If your bird is very tired or lethargic,fluffed up,shivering,and not eating he needs an avian vet like yesterday.
