Wich part of New York is more dangerous? A list from 3 to 1 .. The Bronx, Brooklyn or Harlem?

All 3 have equally unsavory parts, but none on a whole deserve to be generalized as "dangerous". Things are much different today than they were in the past, but for the sake of argument I'd say (on a whole) from best to worst.. Brooklyn > Harlem > Bronx.
