Do u think that i could ever live in harlem ?

ok i am 21 years old and in a couple of years from now i am Planning on moving out my mothers house but he res the problem i have a job but i have a part time Job at home depot i get paid 8.55 per hour and if i ever do move out my mothers house i plan on living in harlem because i have lived in brooklyn my whole life but i heard that the rent in harlem is very expensive if i was to move out my mothers house right now do u think that i would ever get apartment in harlem or not
